Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of stendigcalendars.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“Stendig Calendars”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tipo Designs Ltd, trading as Stendig Calendars.

1. Who we are
Stendig Calendars is operated by Tipo Designs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
2. Using our site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to disrupt, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for fraudulent or harmful purposes. We may suspend or withdraw the Site at any time.
3. Orders & contract
Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; a binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or ship the products.
Right to refuse. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for errors in stock, pricing, description, suspected fraud, or suspected resale.
Accuracy. We try to ensure product information is correct, but occasional errors may occur. If we discover one that affects your order, we’ll contact you so you can cancel or reconfirm.
4. Prices, taxes & duties
Prices are shown on the product page/checkout.
UK/EU customers: Prices include VAT where applicable.
US customers: Prices are exclusive of sales tax; state sales tax may be applied at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country; these are your responsibility.
5. Shipping, delivery & risk
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes on delivery to your address (or to the carrier if you arrange collection).
Please inspect packages on arrival and report any damage promptly.
6. Returns & refunds
Our full Refunds & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and is available on the Site.
UK/EU/International (outside the US): You have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to return, and then 14 more days to send it back. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty/incorrect. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
US customers: All sales are final unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
7. Damages & incorrect items
If your order arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately (and within 7 days for US customers) with your order details and photos of the product/packaging. We’ll repair, replace or refund as appropriate.
8. Product information
We make every effort to display products accurately. Colours may vary depending on your device. Packaging may differ from images.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights are reserved. Stendig Calendar and related marks, logos and designs are owned by or licensed to Tipo Designs Ltd. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
10. User content
If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and share that content for marketing and operational purposes. You must own the rights to what you submit, and it must not be unlawful, infringing or offensive. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
11. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Site to:
(a) break the law;
(b) infringe IP, privacy or other rights;
(c) transmit malware or harmful code;
(d) scrape or harvest data;
(e) send spam; or
(f) interfere with the Site’s security or normal operation.
12. Warranties & liability
UK/EU customers
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses or losses that were not foreseeable.
US & other customers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
In no event will Stendig Calendars or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption). Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
UK/EU customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, or in England and Wales.
US & other customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available in the footer of the Site.
